Flying Changes Saddlery is an exciting new saddlery store in Kenmore (Marshall Lane, next to Network Video). Catering to the needs of the many and different equestrians throughout the Western Suburbs of Brisbane and beyond, from the serious competitor to the pony clubber to the “just for pleasure” occasional rider, our aim is to meet our customers’ needs by offering a wide range of products and delivering high quality service. We share our customers’ passion for horses and riding, and together we have accumulated years of experience of competitive riding in different disciplines.
Flying Changes Saddlery is proudly independent of any national franchise chain.
This means that:
- There are no expensive franchise fees built into our prices
- We can offer a product range not dictated by having to push the products of any head office manufacturer
- We can provide a high quality personal service on an individual customer basis
- We can stock a wide range of products selected solely on the criteria of quality, performance and price, catering to a range of customer budgets.
Whilst we stock many top of the range European and imported brands, we also cater for the budget-conscious for whom riding and keeping a horse has to be cost-effective. If we don’t have something you may want, we will try our best to get it for you. To make shopping easy we are conveniently open 7 days: Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri 10:00am-6:00pm, Thur 10:00am - 8:00pm, Sat 8:30am-5:00pm and Sunday 10:00am-3:00pm.
If any of our customers see one of our products advertised by any of our competitors at a price lower than ours, we’ll match it. In fact, we’ll even better it by 10%! We also have a loyalty points system that gives you great savings. For every $25.00 that is spent our customers will receive one point. Then, for every 25 points accumulated our customer receives a $25.00 GIFT VOUCHER (not valid for rug repairs or saddle purchases).
Flying Changes Saddlery offer a fully equipped mobile saddle fitting service. We come to you!
Many problems people have with their horses, from lameness to inappropriate behaviour, can be traced back to an ill-fitting saddle or a saddle in need of repair. At best, a badly fitting saddle prevents the horse from moving as freely and comfortably as he can under saddle and prevents the horse reaching his potential. Your saddle must perform by correctly fitting your horse and at the same time providing you with comfort and the ability to easily maintain a correct riding position.
Our saddle fitting service is provided by certified saddle fitters who have expertise in fitting a saddle to horse and rider and who know the features of the various brands and types of high quality saddles we stock.
For a fee of $70.00 (within 50 kilometres of our store – fee by negotiation otherwise) our mobile saddle fitting service will bring to you (and your horse) a selection of top quality makes of saddles suitable to your equestrian pursuit. From there, we guide you on the best-fitting saddles for you and your horse from which you can select. If you purchase one of our saddles the service fee is deducted from the price!
